Fitzroy Place is a unique development in central London, combining two new sustainable office buildings with residential architecture placed around a freshly created and welcoming landscaped square. It has been designed to integrate offices and residences so as to create a vibrant community 24/7.
The project’s award-winning architects, Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and Sheppard Robson, have worked together to produce a masterplan that grows naturally from its surroundings. Centred around the first new square in London W1 for over 100 years, the development encompasses two new state-of-the-art office buildings in addition to some of the most desirable residences London has ever seen.
Fitzroy Place is also home to a variety of retail units and its own restaurant and cafés, Percy & Founders. The restaurant was the first creation of Open House, the sister company to Cubitt House together with Head chef, Diego Cardoso, formerly Head Chef of Michelin-starred Murano. To book a table please visit www.percyandfounders.co.uk.
The retail offer also consists of The Detox Kitchen (detoxkitchen.co.uk) and The Larder and a select number of stores from the stable of Estée Lauder Companies.
1 Fitzroy Place is now the headquarters of Estée Lauder Companies (UK & Ireland) and are being joined by Allfunds Banks S.A, Bakkavor, Lendinvest, & Volterra Fietta at 2 Fitzroy Place.
